Wanda Maria Johnson, age 70, of Washington, Iowa, passed away Friday, April 11, 2025, at Aspire of Washington.

Wanda was born December 19, 1954, in Frankfurt, Germany, the daughter of Oscar and Carol (Knox) Jeter. She graduated from Coronado High School in Scottsdale, Arizona. She served honorably in the United States Army for four years.
Wanda moved to Washington, Iowa, in 2010 and worked as the Assistant Manager of Casey's until her retirement. She previously worked as an accountant at Krogers in Arizona. Wanda enjoyed puzzles, animals, owls and especially the time spent with her grandchildren. She also enjoyed going to the Casino and doing scratch tickets.
She is survived by her daughter, Melanie (Steven) Mueller of Washington, Iowa; daughter, Bobbi Jo (Brandon F.) Johnson of Omaha, Nebraska; five grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; brother, Dennis Jeter of Arizona and sister-in-law, Kathy Jeter of Washington.
Wanda was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Mary Elizabeth and brother Jeffery Jeter.
