Timothy David Robinson, age 58, of Washington, Iowa, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, June 28, 2023, at his home.

The family will be present to receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. Sunday, July 9, 2023, at the Jones & Eden Funeral Home. Memorials have been established for the American Kidney Foundation and Paws & More Animal Shelter. The Jones & Eden Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. Timothy was born March 5, 1965, in Washington, Iowa, the son of Wayne David "Red" and Sandra Lee (Pettavino) Robinson. He attended Washington High School, graduating in 1983.
Tim lived in the Washington area all of his life. He was a data analyst at Pearson/NCS in Iowa City, Iowa. Tim was an animal lover; He enjoyed taking care of his horses, dogs and cats. Tim also liked vacationing, attending concerts, and knitting afghans for his nieces and nephews.

He is survived by his mother, Sandy Robinson of Washington, Iowa; sister, Teri (Doug) Russell of Riverside, Iowa; sister, Kris Dowis of Washington, Iowa; brother, Jake Robinson of Washington, Iowa; 4 nieces & nephews; along with a number of great nieces and nephews.

He was proceeded in death by his father, Red Robinson; life partner, Gary James "Jim" Dearth; and his grandparents.
