Starr Marie Henie, age 73, of Washington, Iowa, passed away Saturday, August 21, 2021 at the University of Iowa Hospital in Iowa City.

A graveside service with military honors will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at the Keokuk National Cemetery in Keokuk, Iowa. Starr was born December 6, 1947, the daughter of James Rolland and Dorothy Marie (Schmidt) Gallagher. She served honorably in the United States Army. Starr was united in marriage to Arthur Barry Henie in August of 1989 in Sitka, Alaska.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
