Shelley Diane Frazier, age 61, of Washington, Iowa, formerly of Deer Park, Texas, passed away Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at her residence.

Shelley was born December 13, 1959 in San Antonio, Texas, the daughter of Joe Earp and Robbie Intlehouse. She graduated from Sam Rayburn High School, San Jacinto College and Stephen F. Austin State University in Texas. Shelley married Jimmy Frazier and they later divorced. She married William Kline in 2006 in Deer Park, Texas.
Shelley lived most of her life in Texas where she worked as the Human Resources Director for the Bayer Corporation. She attended the Methodist Church and enjoyed reading, music, going on walks and animals.
She is survived by her husband, William Kline of Washington, IA; son, Troy Frazier and wife Miranda of Seabrook, TX; son, Cory Frazier of Pasadena, TX; grandchildren: Dylan and Emma Frazier and Colton Frazier; brother, Jay Earp; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; step-father, Roger Intlehouse; and brother, Rodney Earp.
