Sara Beth McDade, age 36, of Ainsworth, died Tuesday, August 31, 2021, at her residence after failing in health.

Sara was born June 14, 1985, in Mt. Pleasant, Iowa, the daughter of Michael Keith and Debra Ann (Burnett) Burchett. She attended school in Kellogg, Iowa; Winfield-Mt. Union; and she graduated from Crusade High School in Morning Sun, Iowa.
Sara has lived in rural Ainsworth for the past four years. She enjoyed going on car rides, sitting by the pond, fishing, and especially spending time with her children.
She is survived by three children: Hailey, Alecianna, and Caden; boyfriend, Donnie Simmering III of Ainsworth, Iowa; mother, Deb Burchett of New London, Iowa; sister, Michelle Crouch and husband Allen of Des Moines, Iowa; sister, Teresa Herr and husband Terry of Omaha, Nebraska; brother, Kyle Wilson of Waukee, Iowa; brother, Jake Burchett and wife Danelle of Mt. Pleasant, Iowa; sister, Molly Hribal and husband Shane of Creston, Iowa; as well as many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father.
