Obituary
Richard "Rick" Howe, age 65, of Washington, Iowa, passed away Friday, May 23, 2025, in Washington, Iowa.
A Celebration of Life service will be held from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 7, 2025, at the Hospice of Washington County Conference Room. Online condolences may be sent for Rick's family at www.jonesfh.com .
Rick was born October 20, 1959, in Oskaloosa, Iowa, the son of David and Billie Joy (Warden) Howe. Rick worked for Northrup King Seed Company for several years.
He is survived by his mother, Billie Donovan of Washington, Iowa; sister, Kim Peppers of Washington, Iowa; and brother Steve Shipley and Stephanie Ronan of Swedesburg, Iowa.
Rick was preceded in death by his father, David Howe and one brother, Peter Howe.
