Patricia M. "Pat" Stacy, age 84, of Wayland, Iowa, passed away Saturday, June 14, 2025, at the University of Iowa Hospital following a lengthy illness.

Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. Monday, June 23, 2025, at the Bethel Mennonite Church in rural Wayland with Pastor Dirk Alspach officiating. Calling hours will begin 3:00 p.m. Sunday, June 22nd at the Jones & Eden Funeral Home where the family will be present to receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Interment will take place at the North Hill Cemetery near Wayland, Iowa. Pat was born October 26, 1940, in Washington, Iowa, the daughter of Richard and Violet (Curl) Erwin. She attended school in Washington, Iowa, and graduated from Washington High School in 1959. Pat was united in marriage to Lowell E. Stacy on August 9, 1959, in Kirksville, Missouri.

Pat lived most of her life south of Brighton, Iowa, and had lived north of Wayland until moving to Parkview Home in Wayland. She owned and operated the Hen House beauty salon for many years and most recently managed the Crowded Closet. She attended Wayland Mennonite Church and later attended Bethel Mennonite Church. She enjoyed painting, reading and watching Hallmark movies. Pat enjoyed traveling and going for drives. She especially loved spending time with her family and grandkids.

She is survived by her son, Greg Stacy of Wayland, Iowa; daughter Patty (Ed) Boone of Wayland, Iowa; son, Garth (Vicki) Stacy of Fairfield, Iowa; son, Gavin (Darla) Stacy of Brighton, Iowa; daughter, Paula (Gary) Phipps of Bella Vista, Arkansas; 21 grandchildren; 45 great-grandchildren; three great great-grandchildren, her brother, Rick (Ruth) Erwin of Fulton, Missouri, and many nieces and nephews.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents; husband in 2011; sister, Sharon Evans; and one great-grandson.
