Patricia Marie Brown, age 75, of Washington, Iowa, passed away Sunday, October 6, 2024, at the University of Iowa Hospital.

Patricia was born October 28, 1948, in Washington, Iowa, the daughter of Robert and Virge (Earnest) Miller. She graduated from Washington High School in 1966 and remained a lifelong resident of the area. Patricia married Bruce Brown on March 8, 1969, in Washington.
Patricia worked for many years at the University of Iowa in the Hygienic Research Laboratory. She enjoyed cycling and participated in RAGBRAI for many years. She had a deep love for animals and took great joy in tending to her flowers.
She is survived by her husband, Bruce; brother, Steve (Gloria) Miller, of Wayland, Iowa; sister Roxie (Tom) Van Der Meersche of Phoenix, Arizona; and brother Randy (Debbie) Miller of Yellville, Arkansas.
Patricia was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Reggie Miller.
