Norma was born November 24, 1939 in Keota, the daughter of Frank and Naomi (Linnenkamp) Greiner. She graduated from Keota High School in 1957 and from Marycrest College in Davenport. Norma was united in marriage to William J. Redlinger on July 27, 1963 in Keota. After his death, she married Leroy Stutzman on April 20, 1979 in Washington.
Norma taught Home Economics briefly, then focused on caring for her family, her home and the family farm. She was an active member of St. James Catholic Church, Log Cabin Questers, a certified Master Gardner and a volunteer at Earthly Blessings. She enjoyed quilting, gardening, wildlife and relaxing on her back porch. She could often be found mowing her lawn and tending to her flowers, ensuring her yard looked meticulous.
