Nancy Louise Fields Welch, age 70, of Fountain City, WI, formerly of Washington, Iowa, passed away Friday, February 12, 2021 in Wisconsin.
Celebration of life services and interment will be private.
Nancy was born April 10, 1950 in Washington, Iowa, the daughter of Roy and Louise (Porter) Fields. She graduated from Washington High School. Nancy was united in marriage to Theodore Welch. Throughout her life, Nancy has resided in Minnesota, Florida and Wisconsin.
She is survived by two daughters: Theresa Welch of Fountain City, WI and Betty Ebert of Gordon, WI; and two brothers: Gene Fields of Riverside, IA and John Fields of Cedar Rapids, IA.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband in 2013.
