Michael Terry McPherson, age 68, of Davenport, Iowa, passed away Sunday, May 18, 2025, under hospice care.

Michael was born on February 8, 1957, in Davenport, Iowa, the son of William Howard and Ann Marie (Schmidt) McPherson. He attended school in Davenport and went on to proudly serve in the United States Army. Michael married Crystal Gayle Edwards on June 26, 2004, in Davenport.
Michael dedicated 15 years of his career to working at the Steel Mill in Bettendorf, Iowa. He later spent 10 years as a truck driver in Milan, Illinois, and served as a supervisor at Landmark Properties in Davenport, retiring after another decade of hard work. He was a proud member of the Davenport Moose Club and the East Davenport Turner Hall Society.
Michael leaves behind his wife and best friend, Crystal; and his two daughters, Brenda Edwards of Davenport Iowa, and Becky Ware and Curtis Jones of Davenport, Iowa; along with three siblings: brother, Harold Lee McPherson of Davenport, Iowa; brother, Robert Bruce McPherson of Davenport, Iowa; and sister, Sandra Kay Sicari of Davenport, Iowa.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, William Patrick McPherson.
