Mary Elizabeth Ferre, age 87, of Washington, Iowa, passed away Sunday, January 28, 2018 at the United Presbyterian Home in Washington.

Mary was born May 30, 1930 in Jacksonville, Illinois, the daughter of Donald G. and Martha L. (Donelson) Fitzgerald. She married Robert R. Willis in 1959 and they later divorced. She was united in marriage to Robert R. Ferre in 1981 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Mary resided in California for most of her life. She worked at Bank of America, Security Pacific Bank and as an attendant at Rose Hills Memorial Park and retired in 2003.
She is survived by her son, Robert R. Willis, Jr. of Corona, CA; and step-children: Larry Ferre of Corvallis, OR; Victoria Siegert of AZ; Rhonda West of Washington, IA; Michael Ferre of Concord, NC; and Robert Ferre of Magnolia, TX.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Robert, in 2001.
