Manuel Kevin McKune, age 66, of Burlington, Iowa, passed away on Thursday, January 16, 2025, at Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center in West Burlington, Iowa.

A celebration of life gathering will take place from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Friday, January 24, 2025, at the First Assembly of God Church in Washington, Iowa. Online condolences may be sent for the family at www.jonesfh.com .

Kevin was born October 21, 1958, in Burlington, Iowa, the son of Manuel Junior and Virginia Mae (Leffler) McKune. He worked for Winegard – Antenna Company.

Kevin is survived by his daughter, Shanna Putnam of Keokuk, Iowa; three grandsons: Christopher Putnam, Christian Putnam, and Eric Putnam; brother, Phillip McKune; sister, Jane McKune; sister, Janet Rice; half-brother, David Lee; half-sister Diana Lee; and half-brothers, Danny McKune and Donald McKune.

He was preceded in death by his siblings: Jerry McKune, Roger McKune, Marina Trepanier, Lonnie McKune, Phyllis Threlkeld, and Leonard McKune.
