Lynne Louise Perrin, age 78, of Rubio, Iowa, died Saturday, August 4, 2018, at the Keota Health Care Center after failing in health for the past year.

Celebration of life services will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, August 9, 2018, at the Jones & Eden Funeral Home in Washington, Iowa where the family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Thursday. Interment will take place at the Piersol Cemetery in rural North English, Iowa. A general memorial has been established. Lynne was born January 26, 1940, in Waukesha, Wisconsin, the daughter of John Gordon and Helen Elizabeth Lounsbury. She attended school in Wisconsin. Lynne was united in marriage to Marvin D. Perrin on March 30, 1992, in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Lynne has lived in Iowa since 2000. She worked as a cook at Halcyon House in Washington, Iowa. She loved to fish, go camping and tend to her flowers. She enjoyed spending time with her family and her cherished cat, Tiger.

She is survived by her husband, Marvin Perrin of Rubio, Iowa; daughter, Sally Burns and husband James of Springdale, Arkansas; daughter, Stephanie Richie and husband Kenny of Low, Arkansas; step daughter, Tammy Redmond of Springdale, Arkansas; five grandchildren; three step grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; two step great grandchildren; and one sister, Barbara Monoghan.

Lynne was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers and one step grandchild.
