Kevin Wayne Campbell, age 60, of Washington, Iowa, passed away Friday, November 8, 2024, at Aspire of Washington.

A graveside service will take place 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 27, 2024, at Mt. Vernon Memorial Cemetery in Mt. Vernon, IA. Interment with military honors will follow. A general memorial has been established. Online condolences may be sent for Kevin's family at www.jonesfh.com .

Kevin was born June 21, 1964, in Iowa, the son of Orville E. and Hazel (Whitmore) Campbell. He graduated from Mt. Vernon high school in 1983. Kevin married Lori Patterson and the two later separated. He was previously married to Judith Pavia (Loehr) and Lisa Alterbal (Lingo).

Kevin served honorably in the United States Army. He later worked as a laborer in meat packaging.

He is survived by his six children: Steven Campbell, Mitchell Campbell, Christina Campbell, Bethany Ecklor, Alex Campbell; Rosalean Campbell, and step-daughter, Bionka Alibrahimy; brother, David (Lynne) Tuel; sister, Terri Hall (Curtis Eanes); sister, Barbara (Bobby) Bats; sister, Ellen Vivian (Mark) Davis; along with nine grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Kevin was preceded in death by his parents, Orville and Hazel Campbell; sister, Linda Peyton; and both grandparents, Stanton and Lydia (Mann) Campbell and Gordon and Emma (Bolson) Whitmore.
