Kerrol "Kerry" Erikson, age 73, of What Cheer, Iowa, passed away on Friday, June 20, 2025, at his residence.

Kerry was born February 24, 1952, in Milaca, Minnesota, the son of Edward F. and Agnes (Berge) Erickson. He graduated from Foley High School in Minnesota and spent most of his life working as a contractor.

He is survived by his daughter, Laura Erikson of Isle, Minnesota; daughter, Heather Hipp of Isle, Minnesota; son, Aldred Erikson of Burlington, Iowa; daughter, Alyssa (Dan) Audiss of Washington, Iowa; daughter, Brittany Erikson (Spenser Fleming) of Washington, Iowa; and son-in-law, Jesse Dowd of Minneapolis, Minnesota; along with 11 grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother, Donald (Phyllis) Erikson of Hillman, Minnesota; sister, Barbara Knudsen of St. Joseph, Minnesota; brother, Michael (Carol) Erikson of Royalton, Minnesota; sister, Judy Johnson of Mora, Minnesota; brother, Bruce (Vicki) Erickson of McGregor, Minnesota; and sister-in-law, Joyce Erikson of Eureka, Illinois.

Kerry was preceded in death by parents; daughter, Lana Dowd; and siblings, Aldred, Janet, Lewis, Vivian, Gerald, Dennis, Nancy, and infant brother, David.
