Obituary
John David TeBockhorst, age 66, of Washington, Iowa died Sunday, February 19, 2012 at his residence following a lengthy illness.
Memorials have been established for Hospice of Washington County of the V.A. Hospital in Iowa City. The Jones & Eden Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
John was born July 30, 1945 in Washington, Iowa the son of Paul and Mildred (Loder) TeBockhorst. He graduated from Washington High School in 1964. John served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam Era. He was united in marriage to Jacquis "Jackie" Long on November 6, 1982.
John is survived by his wife Jackie TeBockhorst of Washington, Iowa; son William Hand and wife Andrea of Menifee, California; son John TeBockhorst Jr. and wife Sara of Washington, Iowa; son Chas TeBockhorst of Washington, Iowa; one granddaughter; sister Janet Page and husband Skip of Prescot Valley, Arizona; sister Judy Sieren and husband Gary of Washington, Iowa.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
