Francis (Frank) G. Mann, 96, of Washington died Saturday, September 4th at the Washington County Hospital following a lengthy illness.
Graveside services will be held 1:00 p.m. Thursday, September 16th at the Hillside Cemetery in St. Charles, Minnesota with Rev. Heather Klason officiating. Visitation will be held at the Jones Eden Funeral Home in Washington, Iowa from 12:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Wednesday September 15th. Interment will take place at Hillside Cemetery in St. Charles, Minnesota. Frank was born on April 29, 1914 in St. Charles, Minnesota the son of Horace and Bess (Nesbit) Mann. He graduated from St. Charles High School. Frank was united in marriage to Cleo M. Cole on April 21, 1949 in Missouri. He moved to Washington in 1959. Frank owned and operated his own trucking company. He was a 50 year member of the Masonic Lodge and Order of the Eastern Star in Greenfield, Iowa, member of York Rite in Washington, and the KAABA Shrine in Davenport.
Frank is survived by his wife Cleo Mann of Washington.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother; and two sisters.
