Eugene W. Waterman, age 79, of Washington, Iowa, died Wednesday, July 17, 2019 at Pearl Valley Rehab of Washington.

Eugene was born October 4, 1939 in Clinton, Iowa, the son of Wayne and Rosemary (Malone) Waterman. He attended Clinton High School.
Eugene lived in Washington for the past two months. Prior to that he resided in Keokuk since 2011 and has lived in Clinton most of his life. He worked as a painter and in advertising for the Clinton Herald. He was also a retail salesman at a clothing store.
He is survived by his sister, Janet Podsiadlo and husband Arthur of Unionville, VA; sister, Roseann Reap of St. Petersburg, FL; and sister-in-law, Betty Waterman of Camanche, IA.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Robert Waterman.
