Daniel R. "Dan" Kujaczynski, age 62, of Washington, Iowa, passed away Monday, May 31, 2021 at his residence due to heart failure.

Dan was born on September 17, 1958 in Chicago, Illinois, the son of Don and Frances (Matekin) Kujaczynski. He attended school in Knoxville, Iowa. Dan was united in marriage to Janie Willemsen on September 15, 2006, in Knoxville.
Dan worked at Alpa Inc. in Iowa City for many years. He enjoyed camping, boating and loved motorcycles.
He is survived by his wife, Janie Kujaczynski of Washington, IA; brother, Joe Kujaczynski and wife Deb of Loveland, CO; sister, Cindy Carey and husband Chuck of Cedar Rapids, IA; sister, Patsy Kujaczynski of Iowa City, IA; and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; twin brother, Randy Kujaczynski and brother, Don Kujaczynski, Jr.
