Christopher Mark Sumouske, age 55, of Washington, Iowa, passed away on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at his residence.

Chris was born May 23, 1971, in Mesa, Arizona, the son of Edward and Paulette (Mlyniec) Sumouske. He attended school in Arizona and graduated from Allegan High School in Allegan, Michigan. Chris was married to Suzanne Wood. He worked as a drone operator for an insurance company for several years.

He is survived by his son, Gabriel Reynolds of Denver, Colorado; his parents, Edward and Paulette Sumouske of Holland, Michigan; and brother, Gerald Sumouske of Allegan, Michigan.

Chris was preceded in death by his wife, Suzanne, in 2024.
