Through his work there, Chuck could often be seen throughout town and in local parks helping maintain public spaces by picking up litter, cleaning restrooms, and performing other tasks that helped keep Washington clean and welcoming. Chuck enjoyed spending his free time crafting and was especially known for making beaded necklaces and potholders. He also loved fishing and spending time outdoors.
He is survived by his brother, Paul Perrin of Washington, Iowa; three nieces, and three nephews.
Chuck was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Marvin Perrin and Don Perrin; and sisters, Kathy Perrin Nupp and Diane Cavin.
