Carlene A. Nall, age 74, of Washington, Iowa, passed away Saturday, January 23, 2021 at Pearl Valley Rehab in Washington after a long battle with dementia.

Mass of the Resurrection will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at the St. James Catholic Church in Washington with Father Bernie Weir officiating. Carlene was born March 19, 1946 in Washington, Iowa, the daughter of Carl and Helen (Schneider) Ward. She attended school in Washington. Carlene was united in marriage to Danny Nall on March 9, 1984 in Washington, Iowa.

Carlene worked at the Washington Care Center for over 26 years until her retirement. She enjoyed sitting on her porch swing, drinking coffee and cleaning. Carlene dedicated much of her time to caring for her home and her family, who she loved dearly.

She is survived by her husband, Danny Nall of Washington, IA; son, Kevin McDole (Erin Ryan) of Washington, IA; daughter, Regina McDole of Wellman, IA; grandchildren: Griffin, Elieanna, Demetrial, Skyler, Sierra, Audrey and Kali; six great-grandchildren: siblings: Bob, Tom, Kevin and Jim Ward and Jean Benge; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Mike McDole; and brothers, Dick, Steve and Bill Ward.
