Belinda Louise "Bella" Rosenbaum, age 38, of Richland, Iowa, passed away Sunday, August 15, 2021.

A memorial visitation with the family present will be held from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Friday, August 20, 2021 at the Jones & Eden Funeral Home in Washington. Interment will be private. Belinda was born October 16, 1982 in Iowa Falls, Iowa, the daughter of Robert L., Jr. and Belinda (Dorothy) Rosenbaum. She graduated from Washington High School and attended nursing school.

Belinda was a CNA in Washington, working many years in the dementia unit. She enjoyed crosswords, working with plants and butterfly watching. She loved her service dog, Penelope.

She is survived by her mother, Belinda Rosenbaum of West Des Moines, IA; brothers, Robert (Monique) Rosenbaum III and Zachariah (Emily) Rosenbaum; boyfriend, Austin Schultz of Richland, IA; maternal grandparents, Richard and Rama Dorothy of Mt. Pleasant, IA; paternal grandparents, Robert and Margaret Rosenbaum of AR; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her father in 1991; maternal grandmother, Ruby Dorothy; uncle, Norman "Jay" Dorothy; and aunt, Sherri Rosenbaum Carnicle.
