Angela Marie Harrison, age 18, of Washington, Iowa, died Sunday, December 30, 2012 from injuries suffered in an automobile accident.

Celebration of life services will be held 1:00 p.m. Thursday, January 3, 2013 at the Jones & Eden Funeral Home in Washington with Pastor Ed Parker officiating. Visitation will begin noon Wednesday at the Jones & Eden Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 Wednesday evening. Interment will take place at the Fell Cemetery in Libertyville, Iowa. Memorials have been established for Paws and More Animal Shelter in Washington. Angela was born October 2, 1994 in Omaha, Nebraska the daughter of David and Dixie (Manley) Harrison. She attended school in Fairfield, Iowa and recently in Washington, Iowa. She graduated from Washington High School in 2012.

Angela has lived in Washington, Iowa for the past four years and lived the majority of her life in Fairfield, Iowa. She was employed by Pioneer Park Nursing Home in Lone Tree, Iowa. She loved horses, reading, and playing games with her family. Angela also enjoyed volunteering at Paws and More Animal Shelter. She attended Suburban Heights Baptist Church in Fairfield, Iowa.

She is survived by her parents, David and Dixie Harrison of Washington, Iowa; brother, Joshua Harrison of Washington, Iowa; sister, Sapphire Harrison of Washington, Iowa; maternal grandmother, Helen Manley of Fairfield, Iowa; paternal grandmother, Dixie Harrison of Omaha, Nebraska; as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Angela was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Loran Manley, and her paternal grandfather, Donald Harrison.
